很多时候人们焦虑,烦恼一件事情,在想怎么去做的时候,实际上是连自己都不知道自己想要的什么。而如果不知道想要的时候,去想该怎么做的时候,之会在白白的浪费自己的心神,也始终找不到答案,因为没有答案。

但当你明确的知道自己要的什么的时候,再去想怎么做,该怎么样去实现这个目标的时候,人就变得豁然开朗,有了方向了。有方向保持自信很重要。

思维模式对比

问题思维:

"我现在讨厌现状,我怎么摆脱它?"

目标思维:

"我现在的状态是X,我想要的状态是Y,我要怎么才能达到Y?"

当你这样思考的时候,就不会陷在焦虑和痛苦里了。确定自己想要的目标和方向,付出行动努力改变就可以了。
