Work Framework: Read → Write → Build​

A simple cycle for productive work:

• If you have no ideas → Read (Get new information or inspiration)
• If you have ideas but can't express them → Write (Organize your thoughts and find your own voice)
• If you have ideas and know how to act on them → Build (Create something)

1. 所谓"天赋" (What We Call "Talent")​

大多数人认为，天赋是一种与生俱来的特殊能力，仿佛拥有独特的基因。例如，有些人天生具备出色的音乐才能，他们不仅能够精准地控制音准，而且拥有极其宽广的音域，使他们在歌唱时表现得格外出众；有些人在运动方面展现出的优势，他们不仅拥有惊人的耐力和爆发力，还能在竞技场上保持高水平。这些先天优势往往被视为成功的"通行证"。考虑到每个人的基因以及原生家庭背景各不相同，我们不可否认人与人之间在起点上存在着明显的差距。

我的人生信条​

牢记两句古训：

1. 己所不欲, 勿施于人 - Don't impose on others what you don't want for yourself
2. 以德报怨, 何以报德 - If you repay evil with kindness, how will you repay kindness?

世界本身就是一个巨大的草台班子,中值定理具有普遍性。

大多数人也都是普通的，精英和底层是少数的。人们总是过度地关注顶尖的精英。请不要拿自己和精英去比较，普通人一辈子也没办法达到精英的高度，精英的背后是几代家族的底蕴，基因加上自身的努力。你凭什么觉得你十几年的努力能轻易地超过人家几代人几十年的努力。虽说这也不是绝对的，因为存在运气时势这个变数，但这不是我们能掌控的。

This new blog is built today!

I found a Jekyll theme that meets my needs. I successfully deployed the Chirpy Jekyll Theme according to the official documentation. So the old version of the blog is no longer viewable.

研究室生活快要满两周了，这两周下来几乎尽了自己 100%的努力，去学习和奋斗。

仔细回想了一下发现自从来了日本，我一共有三次努力学习的时段。

I joined the research Lab that I'm very interested in. I plan to do research related to UAV formation control in it. I will also focus on hardware knowledge and look forward to making my own robot!

Learning JavaScript​

In the second week, I tried to read "JavaScript The Definitive Guide" by David Flanagan, but it was not easy for starting. I chose "Head First JavaScript Programming" by Eric T. Freeman and Elisabeth Robson as my introduction, and I read about 1/3 of it in one day. Since I had the experience of learning C and Python, it was easier to understand.
